Gujarati Folk And Movie Songs

I have uploaded some Gujarati movie duets sung by Praful Dave and his female co-singers. Also, the Sanedo track by Lt. Maniraj Barot is up there, though I might update it later, since I’m not fully sure about its authenticity. The file hosting site BooMP3.com was running slow when I checked it a while ago, so I may have to relocate these tracks elsewhere, later. Also, the file-sizes (4 to 9 Mbs) won’t make the task of listening easier.

Btw, the subtitles of “Mare Te Todle Bethyo Olyo Morlo” read “Mahesh & Chorus” instead of any female. Gosh! I didn’t know it was Mahesh singing that along with Praful, for so many years (the former is known to mimic the female voice, isn’t it?). Or am I wrong in assuming it? Will soon try to check it out.

Some hosting sites allow hot-linking, some others not. Kindly, follow instructions at the download page to listen/ download these songs.

Sanedo is now updated, however, it has been taken from Maniraj’s “Ji Ho Lal Sanedo” album, which was launched soon after his initial Sanedo, I suppose. I may have failed to nab the original Sanedo yet again, but succeeded in zeroing on Maniraj this time.

I have confirmed/ It’s not Maniraj Barot’s Sandeo. Maniraj’s magic voice, unmatch energy, fun and confidence while singing all are always missing in other artists singing.

Thanks JP! You are most welcome. I’ll get the original track listed soon. People come to my weblog asking for several keywords, a reason that may prompt me to upload more Gujarati songs soon.

Thanks Suresh. I’ll try to zero in at the number you have spoken about. In fact, I’ve been trying to get hold of a decent source of Gujarati songs in my town these days. Hope to get many more Gujarati movie and folk songs uploaded soon. Keep visiting this weblog once in a while, and you won’t be disappointed!
