About

Proaudience (also Pro-audience) individuals and organisations are the entities, who work to safeguard the larger interests of their audiences or in other words, their marketplaces… they are the ones, who work to address the likes and dislikes of their readers, viewers, listeners or buyers of the concepts and products they might be offering them. In short, they should be conversant in, what you could term as, the common-man’s language. This may not be how things mostly take place in the workings of the media, academia and in the performing arts, such as theatre (at least the Indian), in today’s times… they are mostly self-serving in whatever they seem to do (the audiences, on their own part, seem to have learned to live with their disappointments). So, you know now where I’m focussing or whom I’m targeting by devising a phrase like Pro-audience in my personal capacity. The audience here stands for a non-elite group with no vested interests. However, nothing of that sort is being hosted by this website as of now… it’s just a concept, I got to develop over the years while observing and disliking the manners of the so-called intelligentsia, and the theatre and media folks around this country.

I guess people have been hitting this page for various reasons. There was nothing significant about myself in the worldly sense, so I did not bother sharing anything about it through this link. Whatever being published right now may drastically change in the future, provided my plans to grow this website succeed. In the meanwhile, if you have any queries, suggestions or issues with the current threads, then feel free to shoot off an email to me. I shall take the necessary action after having gone through your concerns.

  3. Thanks Bina. It is not possible to download all of them. The option varies from one to another hosting service. I’d suggest you to make use of a freeware like Audacity and spend sometime understanding it. It won’t take you long before you began recording anything, you could listen from your multimedia speakers.

  5. You could listen them using the inbuilt music players of the respective websites (the one with Saavn.com appears at the top-right corner and leaves one confused occasionally). Downloading mostly disallowed by these servers.
