This is first in a series of tourism related blogs about India, and I would begin by compiling a list of useful Gujarat tourism websites. I would pass on more information about Gujarat destinations in my subsequent blog posts later. My discussion will mainly be sourced from online resources, as I do not have access to any first-hand information in this regard. However, the level of research and compilation will not disappoint you, that I can assure you about.

Tourism Corporation Of  Gujarat : The official Tourism Corporation Of Gujarat website. Provides in-depth information about places of tourist attraction in Gujarat and other such details. Visitors can avail the benefit of Tourism Corporation hotels and tour packages.

Gujarat Tourism – Visit Gujarat : GujaratIndia.com is the official portal of Gujarat Government. Take a look at Visit Gujarat section to learn about museums, heritage hotels, wild life and other tourism information.

Gujarat Travel Guide : Provides useful links and information about cities and towns of Gujarat and hubs of tourist attractions.

Gujarat Travel Blogs (1) : Travelers post their photos and reviews about Gujarat visits.

Gujarat Travel Blogs (2) : More photos and reviews from previous Gujarat visits.

Gujarat Travel Guide At TravBuddy : Another source of photos and reviews about Gujarat travel and tourism.

Travel Made Easy (Gujarat Tourism) : One of more updated resources about Gujarat travel and tourism.

Gujarat Page At IndiaTourism.com : Gujarat page at IndiaTourism.com. Information about museums, temples and other such locations.

Gujarat Tourism At Trip Advisor : Information about hotels, restaurants and other such useful facilities for tourists at TripAdvisor.com.

Colors Of  Gujarat : Provides a concise overview, claims to be having a team of dedicated travel professionals, but fails in regularly updating its own website. Some details of its hotels section date back to Sep 2007. Also, Google described it as a reported attack site when I visited first. Obviously, the site has not been regularly updated and monitored.

Gujarat Travel Guide – HolidayIQ : Gujarat folder on HolidayIQ.com. Provides real-time travel reviews apart from information about locations and tour itineraries.

GujaratTourism.net : Scores lowly  in page rank, yet guides you through places you could travel across Gujarat.

Gujarat Travel Map : Map you could follow while traveling Gujarat.

GujaratTourism.org : Well formatted layout, claims being an agent of hospitality and other services in Gujarat, but does not provide much information in that area.
